Munexia works in two areas: Software Ecosystems and Metasystems Architecture. We build digital systems and design the wider organisational structures needed to make them work in practice.
What we address
Some requirements are technical. Others begin in the organisation around the technology.
An organisation may need an MVP, mobile app, marketplace, operational platform or decision dashboard. It may instead need to correct unclear authority, weak handovers, fragmented information or an operating model that cannot support further growth.
Munexia examines both levels. This makes it possible to build the right software where technology is required and to correct the wider architecture when software alone would leave the underlying issue unresolved.

Online-first, with an international client base.
Most Munexia engagements are conducted online. Discovery, working sessions, reviews, system demonstrations, documentation and project decisions can be managed remotely, allowing us to work with clients in different countries without making location a barrier.
The working method is structured and evidence-based. Each engagement has an agreed requirement, defined outputs, review points and written decisions. Where local research, specialist assurance or implementation support is required, it is incorporated into the scope.
